Hi! Intro..
 

Hey, My name is Megan and I live in Ohio. I found this website from reading Oprah. I am in college and have always struggled with food. I am normal weight but I have a lot of body confidence problems. I have gone through the troubles of all eating disorders, as trying to find a way to feel better about myself. I hope in this community I can get to know others and their problems and learn. I think to journal about the troubles we have with food and sharing this, will be a new experience for me and will help me not to keep problems bottled up. I am so excited that I found this!

As Jay said, this is a HUGE site! I've been here since last June and STILL haven't checked out everything! Pop in anywhere...no special invitation required! Read and post and think and learn and offer your two cents when it feels right!

There are people here who have lots to lose and many who are working hard to maintain their weightloss that they have worked very hard to achieve. Many have eating issues and eating disorders and many others who have yet to figure out where they match up because they are in the process of sorting out their lives.

Weight issues are a pretty serious business, but you will find lots of humor here!:D Sometimes it's helpful just to LAUGH!

Hi everyone! I think this web site es great. I have been looking for something like this for a while now but have been unsuccessful till now. I am a granny who has about 30 too many pounds and really need some good advise and encouragement. I am trying to start walking with poles to see if that will help. Any ideas would be greatfully accepted.
