needing to lose 14#s
 

Hello,
I have struggled w/my weight all my life, but managed not to get too heavy by exercising regularly. I'm in my 40s now and it is very difficult to get back to my 132# comfortable weight. I'm going to try this blog. I feel I have made a decision to do this, but need support of other folks who struggle and have been successful.

You might want to try the Featherweights forum--scroll down on the main page until you see all the other forums. I think it's in "Diet Central" but I'm not sure. The chicks there have lots to share about getting rid of those last few pounds.

And look around at all the other forums as well! Lots of insights and inspiration. The Goal forum always has some great stories.
