So, I've tried it all - Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, etc., etc., etc., and I always gain it back, BUT I've always like journalling. I find myself reading other journal entries just searching for the spiritual weight loss "pill" to jump out at me. I know that won't happen. I know that whatever I do, I have to look inside myself. But that hasn't worked yet. I look for the reasons why and I'm sad to say that it just seems like an empty pursuit, so far. So, instead of eating to fill myself up, I'll just write here.
