Just started from AZ

Hi to everyone. Just started and looking around what is available. I started Slim Fast a week ago. Anyone else on Slim Fast?

Just don't know where to start.

On the main forums page, scroll down--and you'll find Diet Central. There may be some Slim Fast people who read that area. Or, you can post in Support as well if you have general questions.

I don't use Slim Fast--I'm just a calorie counter myself.
