Another Newbie New

Hi everyone. I recently read the article in O mag. and have been inspired to check out this site. Having a weight problem for what seems like forever, up down, up down, mostly up. Maybe this is the start of something good? I'll continue to keep a watch on the encouring words to all. Thank you. Karen
