Red face Hello Everybody,All
I'm new here! I found about this site through my March edition of Oprah Magazine. I need to lose weight badly. It is effecting my self esteem and I am watching myself slowly cut myself out of family photos by not letting anyone take photos of me. I hope I can meet some new friends and continue on to a healthier lifestyle.

Sooo what's your plan? Walking, eating healthy, weights, running, atkins, south beach, calorie counting? You'll find support for all sorts here!

Just think about those photos and start getting yourself snapped - after all you'll need some BEFORE pictures for when you're a slim you!
