I have 2 children, my daughter will be 4 in 11 days (March 9th) and my son will be 2 in 2 days (Feb. 28.) I have been happily married for almost 6 years. I heard about this forum a while ago and just joined today. I started my weight loss journey on October 23rd weighing 235 pounds and since then I have managed to love 25 pounds. I am 5'11.5 so the weight does not show on me, but inside I was not happy and wanted to get back to my pre-babies athletic body that I was used to.
My goal weight is between 165 to 180. If my scale can even get into the 170s I will be more than happy. I currently work out 1.5 hours daily, give or take a day. For the past 6 weeks I have been stuck at 210 and started to get discouraged. But hoping the scale will start moving again. Today I jumped it up a notch by walking the park for 1 hour. I have also replaced a meal with low fat yogurt. We will see if that helps. Keep your fingers crossed for me




No matter what I would do, I was S-T-U-C-K! I didn't gain, I didn't lose! I even had my family get on the scale to see if it COULD register some number other than 210!!!!
What on earth! We bust our butts trying to lose all this week, yet they lose it like water and snack on cheese its all day long with remote in the other hand.
