Wanna Play Beat the Bulge??
 
OK so we are up to game 14 starting on Monday! Heres the jist of the game and we'd love to have some fresh faces(so to speak) and motivation.The game runs from Feb 26/07 to Mar 19/07

Heres the "RULES":
Exercise
2 Points for every half hour of exercise
*HALF points are allowed*

Water
1 point for every 1/4 gallon/1 litre/32 oz.

Meals
2 points for every healthy meal (max 3 meals a day)
*yes, some of us eat more than 3 meals a day but they will be considered snacks after the first 3!

Snacks
1 point for every healthy snack



1 point for not eating anything after 8:30 PM


Minus Points

-deduct 2 points for every unhealthy meal
-deduct 1 point for every unhealthy snack

Sounds fun! I'll try but it might take me a while to get the hang of the points thing, lots of things to remember haha!

Yes I agree about the points, I just copy and paste the "rules" into the BTB points thread and go from there so it's always handy for when we need a reminder!

Ok. I followed the link and posted there, but it seem to be from game 13. I'm new at this and don't really know what I'm doing. Diet-wise and forum-wise, actually. So, do I go to the other page that has the days of the week posted by people and post my days there? I know I'm probably asking dumb questions, but I really don't know what I'm doing. I'm a quick learner, tho, I promise!:D

Go to user cp on the blue bar at the top and click from there go to edit signature and follow the steps from there!
