Hello everyone i'm new to this site and am sure glad there is a site like this. I have been struggling to take this weight off and with little support from my husband. According to him I look great yuck!!!!! Anywho looking forward to chatting with all of you.

Also how do I get the scale for the weight added to the bottom of this screen.

Hi and welcome. If you go to signature and follow the instructions for the tracker. Then highlight the 3fatchick one hit ctrl c on your keyboard. Back up to the signature put it where you want it hit ctrl v ,then make sure you save signature. I did it twice without saving it and of course it didn't work.

Hi everyone thank you for responding to my thread. I do feel silly but I have to ask where is the signature at for the scale? Well good news I dropped 1 1/2 pounds since Wednesday:carrot: . I think it was too much diet pepsi's, I gave it up for lent and actually can feel and see a difference. Now I have to work on the portions and exercise. I'm ready.
