Good luck on taking the first step. you will find lots of help here. 3FC have checked many diets for us, go to Home page and click on diets, also check the different forums, I , personally would be cautious about surgery, there is always a risk with surgery, also some that have had the surgery have regained weight.

Good luck! I hope you are able to do it on your own because surgery is a pretty major deal. And way to go on those first 4 pounds! Woohoo!

Good to give the natural way a try, because to keep weight off, you may need a change in food habits and lifestyle. It's pretty simple, really:

Move more, eat less!

I know, easier said... but here we all know that it's a challenge, and we are still trying to make it every day.
