You posted the message above, so I assume your question is how to post it to a specific thread. You can go to "community" - "forum" and then select the forum you wish to post into. At the top and bottom left on that page will be a box that says "new thread". You can start a new thread by clicking on that box.
To reply to someone else's thread, click on "community" - "forum" - and select the thread you wish to read. Then scroll down to the bottom and type your text in the box. Click "post quick reply" when finished typing.

Thank you to those who replied to my introduction. There seems to be so much and so many places to go on this site that I think I am overwhelmed! Do you belong to other groups on this site where you post?? Should I just jump in one??

I post wherever I am interested, to be honest. I don't know that there are rules against posting in certain places per se, but I try to use my common sense. Like, I don't go into an Atkins thread and ask questions about South Beach or weight watchers. I browse all of the forums and threads though; its fun! Welcome!
Hey Lisa. I think we all eventually find one or more "home threads," the ones we check and post on regularly, its less overwhelming than trying to keep up w/ the whole site! Personally, I'm on Support the most, because it tends to have a lot of variety that keeps me interested. Find somewhere with a pace you can deal with, with topics you like, and just jump right in!
