I just wanted to say HI, I am new to all of this; but ready for some great results with the help of this cite.
I have struggled w/weight all my life & decided it time to really do this thing. When I'm 30 I want to be in the best shape I have ever been in! So starting on Monday I am working out & thinking about starting SB?
Any help or awsome recipes would be great!
Hello, and good luck. You might want to try the SB forum. I'm eating healthy and exercising daily, and keeping track of everything I put in my mouth.
