I may have posted long ago
But I don't remember.
I've finally made the commitment to lose weight. I started at the beginning of January at 163.5 and am down to 146 now. My goal is 135 by May 1. I really want to see 120-125, but we'll see how I feel at 135 first. |
Good luck to you. Hope you post often with any and all ideas. Lots of great people here. Everyday I learn something new. And if I wouldn't learn anything then I'm not looking hard enough.
