Another Newbie...

Hello from beautiful Central Oregon.... just signed up on the site
AND last week at work for "the biggest looser" A couple pounds so far but finding it hard to stay focused. Have lost and gained soooooooooo many pounds over the last 10 years. I just want balance!:dizzy:
