Greetings from Michigan
 

Hello,

My name is Stephanie. I'm from Michigan. I have been heavy all my life and never found a good support group to keep me motivated. That's what I hope to gain from this community. As a kid I remember being teased at school. The kids would go around asking "how tall are you" and whenever they asked me they would ask how wide I was instead of how tall I was. Needless to say kids are cruel.

I am currently unemployed I was laid off back in September and I'm desperately trying to look for a job. With being laid off in the middle of winter I don't get out to do much exercise. At least when I was working I was able to get out and go walking on my lunch hour.

You could say the winter blues has a hold of me. I welcome any support/motivation that you may offer to me. In return I hope I can offer the same to you.

I'm looking forward to making new friends.
