Hello, my name is Misha, I'm 24 and from Ireland, typical yo-yo dieter. Currently a size 20 - the biggest I've ever been, and quite disturbed by it! I've always thought I was overweight, but recently looking back at pictures from when I was 19 or so I realised that I was a perfectly normal size - why couldn't I see it then?! Anyway, yesterday I spoke to a friend that I haven't seen in a year, and she has lost about 4 stone in that time, and looks amazing. So basically I'm feeling inspired in a way I haven't in quite a long time. I need to reclaim my life! And my face, from under all the chubb.

I am your height, weigh more than you have approx the same goal and double your age. You are doing what you need to do early enough to have it go pretty smoothly, Just remember you are a product of the choices you make. Just keep on making right choices and it will happen. :hug:
