New to Forum

I am 21 years old. I have been struggling with my weight for a long time. I was dignosed with PCOS, Hypothyroidism @ age 16 and have been struggling with a sever Anxiety Dissorder since I was 14.
I would appricate any advice from others with PCOS & Hypothyroidism.
