Hello from c-c-cold Canada
 

Hi everyone. This is my first post on this site. I hope to get here often. I am a shift worker and I have 2 teens (and one computer) so my comp time is at a premium. I began a diet today, South Beach, with my kids. My son is trying to gain some weight (ha), my daughter doesn't want to gain any, and I need to lose a lot. It has been so cold up here for the last few days, I think I may have shivered off a few pounds. Thanks for reading my post and I hope to talk to you real soon.

Well, I'll say it's cold.......you must be in Winnipeg then right? I think we are the coldest in Canada, but I may be wrong, just seems like no end to the deep freeze.......sheesh.

hey there first post just checking around to find out where i fit in but here are some fellow canadians so i'll stop here first...wanting to lose alot and start soon tired of trying pills and diet supplements..haha never work anyway...talk to ya soon
