Hi All

I'm a brand new member from Maryland. I found this site purely by accident and I LOVE it -- The info on SB is especially helpful since I didn't know that there were updates to the original diet. Thank goodness the dairy constraints have been somewhat lifted in P1.:carrot: I found loads of great recipes too. Thanks, Chicks!!!

Hi Katie, Welcome to 3FC. There is a very active SBD board here. I'm not on SB but I've found lots of good recipes there too!
