Hi everyone. I am so glad to have found this website. I am in desperate need of losing weight nto only for my self esteem (which is the pits) but for health reasons. I thought I would look for support groups on the internet and found this place and fell in love.:hug: .

I am excited and a bit apprehensive all at the same time. I have to start somewhere because I am so tired of avoiding mirrors and thus avoiding the inevitable truth of being overweight. If I do not see it then it is not true.

I am looking forward to getting to know people and am hoping for some support pals. Well here is to a new day.
