Hiya, I'm a Newbie on this site! :)

I'm 20 & from the Midlands, UK! I've joined as I'm currently trying to lose weight (being a student has been bad for the figure!) & figured having some moral support from people in the same situation would help me!

Hello fellow Midlander - welcome to 3fc. Check out the UK forum which is the one down from this one I think and come and say hello there. There's also a thread for 20 somethings which could be good for you.

I actually got thinner at university but i don't recommend that anyone employed my then tactics! Are you on a particular plan?
