My Intro!
Hiya everyone,
Posted this in the UK board but I think this would be the more appropriate place to post! So here's a copy/paste. :p I'll start from the beginning I think.. When I was younger I was only a little bit on the heavy side, never overweight, but never slim. When I was ~18 I was nearer to being slim, as I had a much more active life.. then at ~20 I started putting a bit of weight on and I got to around 154lb, and at this point I moved out of my parents to live with my current bf. In the space of a year I put on 44lb, and hit 198lb! It wasn't until last January where I decided I needed to sort myself out and start losing this weight, so I started myself on a slightly unhealthy regime of not a lot of food! I was averaging on around 1000 calories at the most a day I guess, slowly increasing it up to a more healthy amount. In 5 months I was down to 160, and at that point I moved out of the place with my bf, and moved down to London, and then the past 6 months I've slowly losing the rest of the weight. Before Christmas I was down to 149/150lb, quite steadily, but I put on a few pounds over Christmas and I'd now like to reach my final goal! I'm lacking motivation a lot at the moment, and would like to reach 142lb. As of this morning I was 154lb (Heavy weekend of eating and drinking!) so I have 12lb to lose. The lack of motivation is due to the fact I'm a "healthy" weight now and I don't look overweight, but I'd still feel happier being a bit slimmer, and I'm not totally happy with my body at the moment.
