I have always had a tendency to be heavy but it was never a real problem until lately.

Over the past 3 1/2 years I have gained almost 30 lbs! I couldn't control myself..so much so I had to get married in a "fat" wedding dress

Well the new year came and now I 'm going to do something about it. I have a new job (the old place was toxic) and a new attitude.

These past 2 weeks have been hard ....breaking bad habits. But I'm determined to not be this heavy this summer.

Hi I'm new as well but have already met a lot of nice and supporive gals here. I struggle with gaining weight easily and over eating so it's a struggle. I know you'll like it here and I wish you the best of luck. Oh and if you want to join I started a challenge called bootiliciouse, it's not a competition or anything we're just supporting eachother to lose at least 2 lbs per week. Hi!!! I am new here as well..your situation sounds alot like mine...but I have yet to get married..I am looking forward to losing the weight...I am actually excited about what my new look will be!! Anyway good luck and have fun on the board!!
