hello I am new here

My name is Helen and I live in Ontario, Canada.

Thank you for letting me join.

I am happily married, and a mother to 5 grown children
and a Nana to 8 beautiful grandkids.

I am a little over weight and my DH is a little more over weight,
and we want to start eating properly and lose our abundance,
and then keep it off.

Hoping to get help here with this.:D

hi helen! it's good to see another newbie!
do you see your grandkids often? i can't wait for mine to have families of thier own, of course, it will be some time (hopefully a LONG time) seeing as mine are younger than 10 :)

I see 6 of the kids all the time, I live in Ontario, and my oldest daughter and her family live in B.C. so I only see them once a year or two. Yes I would say it'll be awhile for you to sprout grandkids :D
