A new start

I'm taking a different approach this time. I vow to take care of myself this time. Take it nice and slow, baby steps and small changes to take this weight off. I know now that it could take years so I will not beat my self up this time.

I know I'll find the support I need here at 3fatchicks. And I truly apprciate it!
