I have been trying to lose the same 50-60lbs for what seems like forever. :mad: I am committed to doing it now. I have started going to the gym M-F for an hour, I usually take a class, and burn up those calories.:carrot: I am watching portion control and use slimfast shakes once in awhile. Keep up the good work and update me when you get a chance. I'm going swimming in the AM. Deb |
