Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Dawn and I got married this past summer to the most amazing man I have every met! So far, our family consists of a calico kitty named Patches. Due to recent health concerns (I'm only 27) - not my fibromyalgia or asthma - I have actually stepped on a scale and noticed the numbers. I do NOT like the numbers. I'm nearing 200 lbs and this freaks me out. I'm 5'4" and 200 lbs.! I know I need to lose the weight - it's just so hard. So I figured I'd sign up to a weight loss forum and see if I could get some help from others who are going through the same thing I am.
