thought i would get the first post fear out the way by introducing myself.
im 19, female and work in starbucks in sheffield. not a good place to work when your trying to lose weight, the muffins talk to you i swear.
MY MUM is also a member on here but is too scared to post, hee hee.

when i am brave enough to step on my new scales i will put a signature thing up like a lot of you have, can anyone tell me how i do that?

I have just joined too.

Having lost 4 stone a few years ago I am sorry to say it has mostly gone back on - in the main due to starbucks lattes after I moved to London and aquired the taste for them!

My aim is to get into a decent piece of swimwear for my holday in August - I have done it before and will do it again!
