Part of the plan I am on has a lot to do with emotional eating and has helped me come to terms with the fact that I DO THAT ALOT. I have been keeping a journal about my preoccupation (ok thats just being nice, Its more of an obsession) with food, which has helped me recognize the difference about NEEDING versus WANTING food.
So here is a little about me:
