Hey yall I'm new!
 

I'd love to get feedback from someone who has as much weight (70 lbs. or more) to loose as I do and has been successful. I've tried many times in the past and just haven't accomplished it yet. I haven't given up though. My son is getting married this Sept coming and I'm going to do it this time! :carrot:

I am just starting again after a lot of false tries also! I have the same amount to lose... 72lbs.... I watched my sister lose 40 lbs fast with la weight loss... but I tried and couldnt be strict enough.... let me know if any one has good advise! I could also use a buddy..... if you are interested?
