Working mom of 6 needs help!!
I have been here before and was successful within a support group, but I am lost as to where I should begin with so many different groups and people to choose from. I just need to get the ball rolling. I am 40 tomorrow, diabetic and hypothyroid...but I do exercise regularly and have just gone back to the gym. My goal is 60 pounds, of course, I will have to break it down into mini goals to stay motivated.
Anyone have suggestions as to where I should start? If I can't find a place to hang, maybe some of us newbies can just create our own thread?
