    Junebug here...i am new to the board..I need to lose weight...
    also a new way of eating... I weight 205...Like to get down to
    150 or more...
    I have bad health...Back problem...Can't exercise ..not a lot of
    walking...So I need a lot of help and support...

    need to fine some good recipe's to start with...
