Coming Back-A long strange year
 

Hi Everyone,
I was here last year about this time, but that didn't last. I was working on exersizing and getting healthy but hit a wall and wasn't able to break through. This year has been one of changes for me tho, and I'm going to see things through this time.
I found out I had thyroid cancer in Aug, and had my thyroid removed in october. I am through treatment and am taking thyroid replacement. I can already see a difference, the surgeon told me my thyroid has been a problem for a very long time.
I have lost 10 lbs since my ablation and just added the exersize back in, it's a lot harder than it was a year ago, but I'm going to keep at it.

I would like to hear from anyone who has thyroid problems, this is all new to me.
