Hi, I"m new to 3fatchicks I lost 30 pds last year just to gain 20 of them back
I'm ready to make lifestyle changes, even if that means I only loose 1 pd a week...as long as I keep it off, thats all I care about. My birthday is in late august and I'd LOVE to have all 50 pds off by then (1.5 pd loss /wk). I believe I can do it.
I'm here to give/recieve support in this journey to creating a new me!
