Hi I am new to the message boards. This is a new year and I am planning on getting healthy. I am going to be doing ediets express. I have tried the zone chef before but they are so expensive and I cannot do that for very long when it takes a toll on the pocket book. I was almost ready to try the zone chefs again, but while searching found ediets express. I am hoping it goes well. I would just like to say to all have a wonderful and healthy new year.
