Nicole wow, I am sure you are a really beautiful person and wish I could give you a hug. The great thing is, even if you never lose another pound, you will find that right person who loves you....it's true. I've seen it happen. I myself am usually attracted to larger people just because I know so many 'bigger' people that just need a chance - they're the most awesome people you'd ever meet - but they've just been overlooked - you know? I'm new too, so maybe we can support each other in our wight loss quest!

Nicole, I know what it is like to have self esteem issues...I havehad them all my life. I have learned that the more unhappy you are about yourself the more likely you won't treat your body as you should because you will quit caring. I had to learn to smile again, I would look in the morror and plaster a fake smile on my face and then wear it all day, then one day I realized my smile was there on its own. You say you are at your lightest weight, that is something to be proud of , something you should give yourself a big pat on the back for, because you have worked to reach this weight and its a big accomplishment. I hate it when I hit a plateau, seems like nothing I do works, so I add a few more reps onto my exercise routine, or I add another walk or even another mile to a walk. I will also switch up my routine which gets my body out of a rutt. Youa re 19 years old, don't rush love it will happen, but first you got to love yourself before someone else will love oyu, self confidence plays a major part in attraction between couples. Insecurrity is a turn off to a lot of people. I wish I could hug you....don't be too ahrd on yourself, givent ime all your goals will be reached if you work hard att hem. It's easy to become discouraged, but I have a feeling youa re strong enough to overcome discouragement and reach your goals. Hang in there!!

wow nicole -- i really know what your going through. im 16 and feel the exact same way you do, its hard being that weight. i want you to know im here for you if you need any help on ANYTHING. we could even support eachother =].

im sure your a beautiful girl no matter what and sometimes it takes other people telling you your beautiful other then yourself telling you. i know it helped me somewhat..

Sorry my first post didn't start on such a happy note but I'm glad to have gotten it off my chest. It also gives me some comfort that some of you are going through the same things I am and have not let things like this get you done.
Thanks for the support I will also be here for anyone who needs it in return. I'm going to make this board a priority and start posting more with this new year. A fresh new start! I'm here for anyone else who needs somone to talk with, just pm me.
