Good evening, everyone. I've been hanging around in the shadows for quite some time. Finally decided it was time to come out and chime in.

A bit about me: I'm Deb, a 31yo, single mom with 2 girls, ages 3½ and 1½...and an on-again-off-again dieter. I always do great for the first 6 months and then get bored and slack off. Most recently, I blamed the stress of moving to a new state and starting a new job...that was the first of September. I'm finally motivated to get back with it. Tomorrow, I'm going to start the South Beach diet. Tonight, I get to clean out the fridge and pantry. :dizzy:
