Hello. I'm new too. Currently doing weightwatchers and have lost just over a stone in 2 months. I am finding christmas hard going, there are too many chocolates lying in wait ready to ambush me. Honestly they unwrap themselves and jump into my mouth.

Welcome Faye :) I am Alison also in the UK and I am determined to get fit in 2007 and lose the weight!
