    Hello from the Uk!
    Im looking for help with the battle if the bulge!!, I have been gaining over the last year really and it wont budge!. Im considering the South Beach Diet? I have had pcos for 15yrs, but now im really determined to beat this darn fat!. Looking forward to chatting. Faye xx

    Hello. I'm new too. Currently doing weightwatchers and have lost just over a stone in 2 months. I am finding christmas hard going, there are too many chocolates lying in wait ready to ambush me. Honestly they unwrap themselves and jump into my mouth.

    Welcome Faye I am Alison also in the UK and I am determined to get fit in 2007 and lose the weight!

    I also have PCOS... check out the UK section, there are a few other PCOS's here also!
