I need to lose the rest of this weight!
Hello everyone. I am new here. Last year I went on Slim Fast and lost about 30 pounds. I lost motivation and got REALLY sick of slim fast. I've gained a little back but not much. I am now ready to finish shedding those pounds. I am looking to lose 50 pounds.
I am a single mom to two girls. They are 6 and the other just turned 4 today. I divorced just a few months ago, so I am new to single parenting. I work full time and stay very busy. I live in Northwest Arkansas. It's nice to meet everyone here. |
Hi Flutterby!:) I tried SlimFast twice and each time I gained weight!;) I also did a hospital supervised diet supplement and lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks. It worked, but I would never do it again. I was so sick of it. :dizzy: You certainly have your hands full!
Have you thought about the type of diet you want to follow? I like calorie counting for myself. |
