Jumping off my Plateau
 

Hi.
I am getting ready to jump start my diet & exercise and get off this plateau that I have been on for over a year. The first chunk of weight loss was great but I have oh so much more to go.

I have read a bunch of motivating and supportive postings and they are really helpful.

The community feeling is great and I will look forward to posting here.
