:carrot: I am a newbie,And so excited to find a forum to help support weightloss.I did it on my own 3 yrs ago,I lost 105 lbs but in this last year due to a very bad back injury I put back on 30 lbs so I need to get back to it.I want to lost the 30 + another 25 to get me to my goal weight .I am very happy to be here and look forward to meeting you all.1
