vegan weight loss
 

Hello! I got super-sick a few years ago and the chain of events that followed caused me to gain about 30 pounds. The weight is stubborn! I didn't have any issue with my weight before I got sick. I'm a vegan. Interested in any kind of support, friendship or ideas on the path back to my old self!

ha ha! Yes, there's lots of vegan food that's fattening. Plus bodies metabolize differently etc etc. How are you, Julie S?

hey, i'm right there with you guys. i just started the mcdougall plan a couple of weeks ago. it's pretty difficult since i've been so stressed lately and would love some brownie with soy ice cream!!! but, it's good to know that there's other vegans on this site in the same boat!!!
