Hello from Canada, eh?
 

Hi there!

I'm new to the boards, today's my first day, but I'm excited to see so many friendly faces, and some people as BIG as me!!!

I'm definitely the type to focus on hair/nails/make-up, anything to avoid the HUGE space from my chin to my shoes LOL. To be honest, I've never REALLY tried losing weight, just half-hearted attempts that i KNEW would fail.

I turned 40 this year, and I'd like to see 50. I know the only way to do that is to get this excess baggage off of me, and get my *** up off the couch once in a while :)

I look forward to chatting with folks, encouraging others not to beat themselves up, and yelling CHEERS! for all of your successes!

I'm the moderator for the 300+ area here at 3 Fat Chicks and I thought I would say hi and introduce myself.

We have a whole area here at the chicks which is geared especially to us folks that are a little heavier. It's kinda nice to have other to talk to who have some of the same issues as we do, like not fitting in theatre seats, etc.
