Hola a todos... just discovered this forum. It looks like a good place for info and support! I'm an 18 yo uni student and I want to drop at least 30lbs. It sounds silly but I'm too embarrassed to talk about my goals and weight loss to my friends or family, yet I really don't think I can get there without some support... so hopefully that's where this forum comes in. :)
