B - orange/vanilla protein drink (mixed the 2 together for 2 servings), coffee
L - salad with 2 c cucumbers
Sn - orange/vanilla protein drink
D - 6 oz gr beef, 2 c roasted cabbage, oil
Sn - choc mint pudding, hot tea

Round 2 - Day 9

B - oatmeal, coffee
L - salad with 2 c cucumbers
Sn - Choc-mint pudding
D - 6 oz pork tenderloin, 2 c roasted broccoli, oil, salt
Sn - caramel nut bar
vitamins, hot tea, water
