B - Premier Protein drink, coffee
L - 2 cups cucumber, Healthsmart hot chocolate
D - 6oz ground beef, 2 cups cabbage sauteed in 2 tsp oil, salt
Sn - Pure protein lemon bar
Lots of water

I have switched up a little bit but eating same things each day…
I eat in a 6-8 hour window.
Meal 1: homemade soup with riced cauliflower and chicken stock/Turkey stock with keto chow natural strawberry shake (about 11 am)
Meal 2: Sunwarrior high Performance chocolate cake - homemade (between 1-2 pm)
Meal 3: Same as Meal 2 (about 4 pm)
Meal 4: 4 oz Turkey or chicken on outer aisle cauliflower sandwich thins or my PSMF Bread (Protein Sparing Modified Fast bread that is BBBE from Ketogenic Woman youtube - makes perfect in large waffle maker and makes perfect rolls) + 2 c steamed broccoli and hot collagen drink using Perfect Keto Collagen (6-7 pm)

I switched up dinner past few days. I made ground chicken keto chow chili. I had it with a side of braised cabbage. Delicious!!!

Friday I had a new dinner…

I made a ground chicken breakfast sausage frittata. I browned a pound of extra lean ground chicken breast with breakfast sausage spices then used that as my frittata base and poured 8 egg whites over it and baked at 350 for 30 minutes. (I learned the notion of adding spices to a lean ground meat like chicken or Turkey be it the breakfast sausage or Italian spices for Italian sausage the first time around from Janeva and applying it.)
I made that into 4 servings and had 1 and served with a poached egg on top.

My day’s meals separate from dinner are the same:
Meal 1: Chicken stock with 2 cups cauliflower with a keto chow shake (natural strawberry as that is only one sweetened with monk fruit rather than sucralose)
Meal 2: Chocolate Cookie Cake that I make out of Sunwarrior protein powder
Meal 3: Cookie cake or pudding make with same protein powder
Meal 4: Dinner as noted above

i continue to intermittent fast on either 16:8 or 18:6 schedule. I break my fast with Dr. Berg’s electrolytes in my sparkling water with the other supplements I get from him along with Ancestral beef organ supplements as my food-based multi-vitamin. All my supplements are food-based; nothing synthetic.
