Hey all, way to go with the weight loss Ro! You are doing amazingly well. I too am hoping for another 20 lb loss over the next while. My birthday is at the end of February so maybe by then? Although as I get closer to goal I am feeling great, clothes fitting well, so I'm losing my motivation a bit. I know I still have some tummy to lose. I am excited to start working out and running again so part of me is considering changing meal plans so I am able to workout. I have had a lot of success following the Beachbody meal plans in the past and I am a member for all the workouts. We will see, I have about 3 weeks of IP food left so I'll keep on it and see where I am at.
