My meals continue to be the same. I was even able to continue them on vacation as I rented a house and shopped and got the same things. We extended the vacation by a day and I got the same protein powder and made my protein cakes for the extra day.
Iím going strong.
I am going to switch up my dinner meal though. Iíve got to put a little thought into that and what Iím doing requires little thought so I may wait until after Thanksgiving.

Way to go Ro, staying strong on vacation would be tough!
My meals are pretty much the same every day too, with the exception of dinner. Today will be:
Breakfast
ACV/Lemon juice in hot water
Coffee with chocolate drink

Lunch
Chocolate shake with 1 cup of spinach, ice and water, blended
3 cups romaine and kale salad with oil and vinegar
1 cup stewed rhubarb with cinnamon and stevia

Snack
Nacho cheese dorados

Dinner
Shrimp with peppers, mushrooms and zucchini

My food is staying the same, on plan, not much variation day to day but I am ok with that.
