From your tracking looks like you are doing great though! Keep it up!

All meals continue to be the same except tonight I had Hearts of Palm from Nature’s Heaven. I did the vegetable in the form of brown rice.
I’m going to make Janeva’s Sausage Zucchini Lasagna with the heart of palm lasagna noodle instead of zucchini when I get back from my mini vacation the week after next.
It’s kind of like cauliflower in the sense that it takes on the flavors you cook with it. But, it is sturdier than cauliflower so better texture for its replacement.

That sounds so good Ro!
today I’m home with sick kids (just a cold fortunately).
breakfast: chocolate drink and coffee
lunch: Protidiet cream of chicken soup with 1 cup chicken broth, 1 cup riced cauliflower, 1 cup sautéed spinach, and konjac noodles
snack: not sure yet, either a restricted bar or dill pickle zippers
dinner: chicken with sautéed zucchini and mushrooms

Still eating same things.
I am going to AZ with my family for a long weekend where I rented a house and will be able to easily keep my meal plan going because when I land Thursday I will be off to Whole Foods.
When I get back I plan to make a couple of new dinner recipes which are from Protein Sparing Modified Fast protocol recipes. I’ll make a Turkey or chicken frittata as well as chicken quesadillas. Both of these are made with egg whites, egg white protein powder and chicken or Turkey so totally fit IP dinners. I got the recipes from Maria Emmerich’s ebooks on the topics.

Plus, as soon as I use up my Outer Aisle Cauliflower sandwich thins I will make my own Protein sandwich thins from a recipe in her book made with the same ingredients.

made an awesome dinner last night - just homemade chili with ground beef, celery, shredded zucchini, mushrooms, a bit of sugar free salsa and ketchup to give it some "tomato-ness". Seasoned with chili powder, cumin and garlic salt. So I have the other half of that to eat tonight, it was SO good!

That reminds me to add some chili to the mix! Sounds hearty - I batch cooked some chicken breast so trying to jazz those up the next few days....
